the waves smash into the shore and the shore returns to the lake, but there are times when the waves give back
Lake Michigan has some amazing surfing opportunities, but those opportunities only really come available as winter dredges up those lovely winds. The exception to that generalization is when we have had a lot of weather front activity. This summer has been full of barometric shifts, so the waves have been brunting against and contributing to our shoreline.
It's really cool.
I spent much of my weekend free time enjoying the waves and their intensity with my family.
